Sponsorship boost for Shabana Fc

Shabana football club got a Ksh 20million Boost and a promise of ksh10 million bonus should they win the 2023/2024 Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) form sports betting company, Banbet.

Shabana FC, who triumphantly re-emerged into the limelight of the FKFPL after a notable 17-year hiatus, seized the moment to unveil their highly anticipated 2023/2034 season jersey.

Speaking during the sponsorship ceremony at a Nairobi hotel, Shabana FC patron and Kisii County Governor Simba Arati, wished the team all the best symbolizing the dawn of a new era for the team, as renovations go on at the Gusii Stadium.

The team will wear a Bangbet branded jersey on their home and away kit, other incentives received include; a provision of six sets of playing and training kits and footwear for each players.

Shabana Chairman Jare Nevaton revealed that the selection of Bangbet as the official sponsors, was a result of deliberate and earnest contemplation. The partnership was forged on the bedrock of shared values, with a mutual understanding of nurturing the team’s potential and securing their success.

“It has taken us a long time to convince Bangbet to invest in our team, and I am glad that we have finally signed a deal. As a team, we shall not let Bangbet down. I know my team is ready to give their best, and we are positive that we shall have a good season.” Said Nevaton.

Bangbet Chief Executive Officer, Leonardo Varese, expressed an unwavering commitment to support the club’s premier league endeavors.

“The 20 million shillings sponsorship for Shabana FC is one of our intentional efforts to support communities in Kenya. We shall also offer the club soccer balls, playing kits for all players, and other essentials so the players can focus on the pitch,” Said Varese.

This comes as Shabana FC prepares to grace the Gusii stadium for their home matches.
