KENYA HANDBALL FEDERATION SUPER CUP GETS UNDERWAY AT ULINZI COMPLEX

Kenya Handball Federation men and women’s Super Cup takes centre stage this weekend at the Ulinzi Complex, Lang’ata Nairobi.
Super Cup which is a pre-season event has six men’s teams while the women competition has four teams that will be played on a round Robbin format.
On cards on Saturday, National League champions National Cereals and Produce Board who headline pool “A”have a date with Strathmore University,while Super Cup holders Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) in pool “B”will welcome Black Mamba in the men’s matches.
Strathmore will then line up against Equity Bank as Mamba take on General Service Unit (GSU) in their second fixture of the day.

In the women’s version National League champions KDF play Rangers.
On Sunday Cereals will square it out with Equity Bank, KDF battle GSU,while Nairobi Water will lock horns with Cereals
The top two teams in each pool will proceed to the semi-finals in the men’s competition,while the top two teams in the women’s event will face off in the finals .
